RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your garments as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. If there is a fault with the garment we will also refund the postage costs. Please email us at email@example.com with the order number you are returning and then simply send the garments to us in their original condition (with all tags in place) by recycling the packaging in which you received them to the return address provided on the delivery invoice. Let us know whether you would like an exchange (perhaps a different size, colour or style) or refund. Please be aware we will not be able to offer refunds where there has been damage caused to or clear use made of the garments.
We will process the refund for the cost of garments and, where appropriate, any original delivery charge within 48 hours of receipt of the returned garments. However, bank processing times are such it may still take up to two weeks for you to see this refund reach your account. Please understand this is something we cannot control.
